Surgery -
E-LASEK / PRK makes laser vision
correction
available
to more people. For example, patients
with thin corneas and large prescriptions
may not be treatable with standard
LASIK because the amount of laser
treatment would
compromise the stability of the
eye. However, with E-LASEK
/ PRK an extra 100 microns
are available for treatment without
compromising the stability of the
eye.
